Hannah Baer Named Student Employee of the Year
Hannah Baer, student worker in the Department of Mathematics at Baylor University, has been named a winner of the Student Employee of the Year Award in recognition of the outstanding work, care, and positivity she has brought to the department.
Hannah has been a dependable and valued part of the department. Her work is consistently high-quality and carefully done, and she takes real ownership of it — quick to learn, ready to take initiative, and trusted to complete tasks thoughtfully and accurately.
What makes Hannah especially distinctive is her joyful presence. She is always happy, smiling, and friendly, bringing warmth and encouragement to those around her. Her kindness, willingness to help, and genuine care for others have made a lasting impact on faculty, staff, students, and visitors alike.
Outside of her work in the department, Hannah serves as a leader with Young Life at Robinson High School, volunteers through her church, and recently completed a mission trip to Amsterdam through Youth With A Mission.
Hannah's reliability, initiative, and joyful spirit have made her a bright presence in the department, and she will be greatly missed after graduation.
