Practical information:
Getting to Waco: The best way to get to Waco is to fly to Waco (ACT). Another options is to fly to Dallas (DFW) and take a shuttle (https://www.waco-streak.com/ ). As you will see the shuttle is very expensive, but if we are able to get a big group (5+ people) to take the shuttle at the same time it would be significantly cheaper, so if you are thinking about this option let us know and we can connect you with other people flying to DFW.
Wi-Fi connection: Plan on using eduroam if you have it. If you don't have it, get it now if your institution is a member. Other possibilities exist but are far inferior and cumbersome to organize.
Parking: If you plan to park a car on campus during the conference, please use this link (and continue on the next page by clicking on "Are you a visitor?") to register as a visitor.
The visiting parking slots comprise the first 3 rows starting from the left when confronting the main entrance of Sid Richardson, the mathematics building (between 3rd and 4th street); they are marked in green. (Faculty and Staff parking slots are to the right of the visitor slots and marked in yellow.) See the following map:
