Conference Schedule:
Registration is closed.
- Walk up registration will be available at the registration table however, it will not include the dinner or the banquet. Only those who registered by March 16th may attend the banquet.
Posters:
- Please print and bring your poster with you.
- Poster size must be not large than 48" x 36", either portrait or landscape orientation.
- Upon arrival at Cashion 506, you will find easels with cardboard backing and clips.
- Please select an available easel and mount your poster upon arrival.
Talks:
- Please bring your presentation on a USB thumb drive, saved as a PDF file. You will run your talk from your thumb drive. DO NOT BRING YOUR TALK ON YOUR COMPUTER!!
- Talks will be held to a strict 15-minute presentation time, followed by a 5-minute Q & A /Transition period.
- When you check in and register, your name badge will include a QR code that links directly to the breakout talks schedule and abstracts for easy access.

The Department of Mathematics is located on the third floor of the Sid Richardson Science Building (Paul L. Foster Success Center).
The conference will be held on the Baylor campus, in the Cashion Building, Marrs McLean Science Building and the Sid Richardson Science Building.

Baylor University lies in Waco, Texas on Interstate I-35 between Dallas/Fort Worth and Austin, Texas.

The visiting parking slots comprise the first 3 rows starting from the left when facing the main entrance of Sid Richardson, the mathematics building (between 3rd and 4th street); the curb is marked in green. (Faculty and Staff parking slots are to the right of the visitor slots and the curb is marked in yellow.)
Saturday, March 28, 2026
Please note that the Baylor Bearathon, a large campus race event, will take place on Saturday morning, March 28. This will impact traffic and pedestrian flow on campus and may delay arrival to our building.
- Plan to allow extra time, at least 30–45 minutes to navigate campus on Saturday morning including race traffic and walking to Sid Richardson.
- Many parking lots will be closed. We recommend: (these locations can be put into google as listed, you can park in faculty, student, or visitor parking spots)
- Pat Neff Hall Parking (In Google type “Pat Neff Hall” – parking is out front)
- Hurd Visitor Parking (In Google type “Mark and Paula Hurd Welcome Center” – parking is out front)
