Baylor Math Graduate Students Nominated for Teaching Award
Graduate students Jonathan Feigert and Martha du Preez have been nominated for the Graduate School's 2025–2026 Outstanding Graduate Student Instructor Award in recognition of their excellence in teaching. The award honors graduate students whose teaching stands out, based on student evaluations and input from Graduate Program Directors. Judges from the Graduate School will select this year's winner in October, drawing from nominees across the previous fall and spring semesters.
Award recipients may choose between a travel bonus and having their doctoral regalia purchased for them. They are honored at the Graduate School's November Recognition Luncheon and featured on the Graduate School's social media.
The department congratulates Jonathan and Martha on this well-deserved nomination and thanks them for their excellent teaching and commitment to their students.
